Exotic property located far north of the Arctic Circle in Sweden.

The house is situated in Lannavaara, close to the mountains of Lapland. Here you can explore the great pristine wilderness and its distinct Sapmi culture.

With an unique location, 1000 meters from the nearest neighbor and 200 meters from Lake Ahvenjärvi you have a very private place to connect with nature on its own terms.

It’s a residence for year around living and is connected to the central village by a private gravel road. By car, it takes you about five minutes to drive to the restaurant at Aurora Mountain Lodge or to the local grocery store.

Views from the house are absolutely magnificent, snow covered mountains at horizon, groups of reindeer passing by and lake view from the living room.

Being in the middle of nature means that you have a first row seat when experiencing the wild life in the surrounding area.

Ever thought of having your own place in the middle of nature?

Kiruna is the closest city and main communication hub in the area. About the same distance in the opposite direction is the border to Finland

The village of Lannavaara is located in northen Sweden.

Despite being a small village Lannavaara has a lot to offer. Just a few minutes drive from the house is the Aurora Mountain Lodge which offers lodging, a restaurant and a great amount of different activities. The village has a local grocery store which also serves as an outpost for several other services.

It will take you less than a minute to walk to the nearest lake and just a few minutes to drive to Lannavaara village

The House

A Finish timber cabin built in 2007 and equipped for year around living.

Main entrance is connected with the house through a hallway that can be closed from both ends. Great both in summer and winter time as it keeps snow and mosquitoes out and the warmth inside.

Interior space of 70 square meters with two bedrooms and a large living room with a lovely fire place. Connected with the living room is a modern kitchen with space for a large dining table.

With its own exterior entrance facing southwards is a combined utility and laundry room with storage and a washing machine.

The bathroom has a separate toilet, a shower and a large sauna.

To keep warm the house has floor heating throughout. This heater with a star sky behind is a great and cosy alternative.

Both entrances are covered with a roof. Next to the door on the south side is a perfect place to store and dry wood for the sauna or the fire place. On the west side of the house is a separate entrance to a 8 square meters storage room.

The house is very private and connected by a private road to the central parts of Lannavaara.
